Since I was down and out tonight with a massive headache, I just didn't feel up to watching the debates. Instead, I used social media to learn everything I needed to know. Since I know there are those who couldn't watch or weren't up to watching, I thought I would share the list that I made to help all of you make an educated choice before you vote. Ready? Here goes:


* This is not a debate
* Someone was lying at 5 minutes and 17 minutes ...and 20 minutes...
* The candidates look like shit
* People like drinking games
* Middle class taxes were lowered but some are paying higher than ever
* Donald Trump is a small business
* Romney has a smarmy grin
* People would like to see the candidates box
* Obama thinks he is the second coming of Clinton
* PBS has good fellas
* 25 minutes in and some people are in alcohol induced comas due to the drinking game

The debates in a nutshell.
10 first guy: "You said you were gonna do such and such."
20 second guy: "nuh uh"
30 first guy: "yuh huh"
40 goto 20
It's like watching toddlers debate!

*The correct term to yell out is Democracy, not Bingo.
* There should be a disgusting food challenge to this debate.
* The candidates are trying hard not to roll their eyes.
* Social security and women's health care are somehow the same thing.
* Living wills will fix the economy.
* Politicians cannot tell time.
* Punches come in percentages.
* Politicians use ambiguous statements.
* Romney has a staring problem.
* There's a smug jackass on tv.
* The candidates sound like the teacher from Charlie Brown.
* Obama is acting like McCain - old, tired & confused.
* Romney likes to nuke people. (10th Amendment)
* Obama will give me land to build a college.
* Politicians like to use big words and talk so the normal people can't understand.
* Awesome is a grade for schools...
* Presidents don't get facts, just houses and airplanes.
* Closing remarks are tedious.
* Romney wants to kill Big Bird.
* The debate was very freewheeling - big wheels would have been more fun to watch.

Hopefully this helps all of you when you're trying to decide who ought to be the head of our country!

It was just after midnight on Wednesday morning..or was it Tuesday night? Did it really matter? What matters is the post. The post that started everything all over again. The post that had the internet humming with rumors and theories. The post..the post that one man made to one woman that simply said I love you Katrina.

They thought they had stopped the rumors, but with those four little words, they all started up again. This time, they were even more intense. It went beyond the rumors that they were in love, that she was moving to be with him. As the days went on, they grew more wild. There were the rumors that they were a couple, that they were engaged, that she carried his con child, that their appearance at geek prom together was some sort of sign...

Things just got worse when new appliances started showing up at his house. Surely this was the sign that everyone had been waiting for. Everyone knew that men never bought appliances. This must mean that a woman was coming to live there soon and who else could it be but the mother of his con child?

The internet waited, watching as day after day went by. They carefully scrutinized each and every one of their Facebook posts, talking in secret about what was so clearly going on. If she posted that she wasn't feeling good, they nodded their heads in sage understanding. It must be morning sickness. Having a con baby was a lot like catching the con crud, they murmured among themselves.

If he posted anything about being sad, they whispered how must he must be missing her and it was only a matter of time now. He obviously would be concerned with the health of her and the child. If there were posts of joy and happiness, it was clear that things were going well and the announcements would be made any day now...

He had said he loved her and she loved him. It was only a matter of time now, they told in their secret groups and messages. They placed bets upon which day the child would be born and the announcement of their marriage made. Together, they planned out the lives of two people..who at the end of the day, merely loved each other.

Once upon a time there was a girl and she had a pretty shiney laptop. In fact, she even named him Shiney. Shiney and the girl were the best of friends until one day, Shiney started making a very bad noise. Worried about her friend, the girl talked to lots of people to try to see what was wrong. She loved Shiney and she was very worried that he was very sick. After a little while, it was discovered that Shiney had a bad fan. It was explained to the girl that this was like a bad lung and without a transplant, Shiney would die! Luckily, it was pretty easy to get a new fan and soon, the girl had one all ready to go into Shiney. She took Shiney to someone who knew how to do fan transplants and here's what happened next:







Once it was all done, Shiney was a much happier laptop. Who knows...maybe Shiney and the girl lived happily ever after! The End.

It's Thursday. I know it's Thursday. Ok, now I do. All week I have been completely thrown off. I had the boys here on Sunday/Monday and you all know how that goes. Nothing seems to be right when your week is thrown off like that.

However, since that is the most boring excuse in the world, I thought I'd come up with one better. Ready?

It was Sunday and like any other Sunday, we were lazing about the house. Suddenly the room was lit up like the 4th of July. I mean, there were lights everywhere! Before any of us could move, the front door slowly creaked open and in entered the biggest, cutest bunny rabbit you've ever seen! He apologized for the lights. It turns out they came from his giant bunny mobile that he'd parked in the driveway.  He gave us all tons of candy carrots and other super healthy for us veggies and then went on his way. Then, as a family, we spent the entire week enjoying the bounty of his generosity.

And that folks, is what really happened.

I know how shocking this must be to everyone! *grins* Abby..yes, the one whose blog is right over there ---> in the list and one of my favorite people in the whole wide world challenged me to use the above picture in my blog.
