I honestly can't help but love the characters in this book. Lulu, Grace, Mac, Nick, Viv, and all of the others. I want to see so many more books telling us their stories. I want to see our favorite aging rocker's tell all book. I really don't want to be done with this series. I was pulling for Mac and Kate...and I'm not going to tell you what happened. You're going to have to read this quick moving, emotion involving series for yourself. I don't hand out 5 star reviews very often, but this entire series got one from me.

The ego has landed just doesn't suit this series of books when it comes to Kate. She's not an ego at all, though at times, she is certainly surrounded by some! Just like the previous book in this series, I couldn't put this book down. Every time I tried, my hand would be drawn back to it and I'd think, "Just another chapter or two...there's time..." Please don't tell my oldest that the reason I was late picking him up from school was because of this book! He already thinks I have too many books. This series will be remaining on my shelves and I know that it's one I'm going to come back to. The characters are well written, the story is well developed and moves at a speed that never allows the reader to get bored for a single moment. Make sure you pop in next week to find out what I thought of the conclusion of this series!

Whew! Talk about jumping into a story headfirst! This book does just that. There's no introduction, no leading up to anything, it's right there right from the beginning and I loved it. Kate was a character that most anyone could relate to and as I read the book (which I couldn't put down), I wasn't sure if I should laugh or cry at some of the crazy things that she had to deal with as a publicist. I mean, I've met crazy, but some of these folks were their own special brand. I'm not going to give too much away because I really think that this is one of those books that you need to pick up and read for yourself. This is the first part to a series, but have no fear, I have the second and third parts just waiting to be read!
