Now, last week, the menu thing happened but the cooking thing didn't. It was a crazy, mixed up week and well boo on it. So, this week, I'm re-using part of last week's menu and just filling in the gaps. It's not lazy, it's umm..being green! Yes, that's it! I'm reusing and recycling? Right, like I said..punchy...So here we go!

Thursday - Crispy Oven-Fried Chicken (pg. 128)
Friday - Swedish Meat Loaf w/ Dill Sauce (pg 184)
Saturday - Leftovers
Sunday - Just wingin' it...possibly more leftovers..
